One subscription per shop. One price list, worldwide.

Faro starts at $20 a month in USD, with a one-month free trial. Prices are the same in every country. Every plan includes the full counter app; plans differ in how many shops, counters and users they cover, and in the online extras — WhatsApp, owner dashboard and cloud backup.

WhatsApp messages are not included in any plan. They are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account.

Hardware is not included. Faro runs on your Windows PC, receipt printer and barcode scanner.

Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment on its own secure pages and works out any sales tax or VAT due where you are; we never see your card details.

Cancelling and refunds: there is no general money-back guarantee. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid month; cancelling an annual plan refunds the unused part of the year through Paddle. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service (both drafts awaiting approval).
